It's up to everyone to make up their own mind of what his so called kobold is. I designed this as a kobold, so I call it a kobold. Feel free to call it whatever you feel like.

I like it - most kobolds seem to be dragon or wolf like, this seems more original.

To pop your bubble. Kobolds derive from Dragons, so they look like Dragons. Your just stupid if you think they should look like something else. Go read the hole background story for kobols and learn a thing or two.

Mrs Sin. There's a wide range of holy background etymology related to the word kobold, and to say that the one you know about is the only right one would be to neglect hundreds of years of European mythology and myths. My kobold is a mix of traditional German pagan humanoid kobolds, and Brittish mining kobolds which I gave a rat like appearance since I thought it fit underground creatures and the fact that I do not like the wide spread of dragon or lizard looking kobolds, since the mere fact that it's hard to make these look as they have personality which is a main ingredient in character design.
Go read some more background story on kobolds you too, if you want to learn a thing or two more about them.
